  I have been a resident for a year and half and I would definitely recommend it to anyone. I have had a small amount of issues but I went to the office and discussed my concerns and everything was taken care of for me. I love they have an app to help communicate with the residence and pay my bills. The maintenance staff has gone out of their way to make sure my tickets were taken care of. I only had 1 issue in the beginning but they had a turnover in staff. Once the new manager started last year it has ran smooth and never had any issues.
  
  If you are looking for a nice place to live that is quiet and night and pool life on the weekends. I would recommend it. I have loved it!
